3D did mean that you (Moomin) were on the following day. Say if it's 11pm Sunday in the USA, then it might be something like 2pm Monday (the following day) in Aus or NZ.
Also regarding the longitude and latitude, I was actually referring to Shat's post. East Asia and Aus NZ are around the same longitude (E or W), not latitude (N or S).
Now I'll shut up.
And thanks for saying something +ve about me. I also would like to say something positive - Moomingirl seems like a nice person.

I meant longitude, not latitude. Australia and NZ are indeed in around the same longitude as Asia, they would be at the same latitude of the southern part of either Africa or South America. Oceania is a day after US time, and I know in June Brisbane is 13 hours ahead of Porto Alegre but I haven't really checked lately, and I usually just switch a.m. by p.m. to not complicate matters too much. But when I read Moomingirl was roughly 12 hours ahead, I knew it was somewhere around there

Good grief, I only went away for a short time! Now I see the misunderstanding, it is with the English language! I am indeed on the following day when you phrase it as above, but to my mind that is a day ahead - so at the same time I am both ahead and following.

Well, I can't take credit for what you all do with them! I just spent about 15 minutes laughing my way through what happened in the "Banned" thread just while I was in my meeting!
