Sorry for continuing to be picky and for not being very clear in my earlier post.

3D did mean that you (Moomin) were on the following day. Say if it's 11pm Sunday in the USA, then it might be something like 2pm Monday (the following day) in Aus or NZ.

Also regarding the longitude and latitude, I was actually referring to Shat's post. East Asia and Aus NZ are around the same longitude (E or W), not latitude (N or S).

Now I'll shut up.

And thanks for saying something +ve about me. I also would like to say something positive - Moomingirl seems like a nice person.

:lmao:

You're correcting Shatbat!

This should be interesting to watch. :D

What can I say? I screwed up  I meant longitude, not latitude. Australia and NZ are indeed in around the same longitude as Asia, they would be at the same latitude of the southern part of either Africa or South America. Oceania is a day after US time, and I know in June Brisbane is 13 hours ahead of Porto Alegre  but I haven't really checked lately, and I usually just switch a.m. by p.m. to not complicate matters too much. But when I read Moomingirl was roughly 12 hours ahead, I knew it was somewhere around there

Good grief, I only went away for a short time! Now I see the misunderstanding, it is with the English language! I am indeed on the following day when you phrase it as above, but to my mind that is a day ahead - so at the same time I am both ahead and following.
Confused?

Thank you, you too. Yes, I attended a service this morning 8)

I get it, ahead is like the front fut following is like behind

The following day is the day after, that is where the problem lies on.

What have I done? Oh, this is epic!

You all are incredibly entertaining; Mooms, I really like your interpretation of "following" and Shatbat's latitude/longitude mixup, whereby he managed to come up with likely matches anyways. :D

Jk1, I also admire and applaud your accuracy!

And that Theta guy, he is very accurate with the facts if also loose with the language.

Theta, I know this is the "say something positive about a random member" thread, but I don't think that is supposed to mean you get to post about yourself :D

Ah well, I will do it for you......
I think Theta starts off some entertaining moments

Well, I can't take credit for what you all do with them! I just spent about 15 minutes laughing my way through what happened in the "Banned" thread just while I was in my meeting!

I'll return the favor too, Moomingirl is so awesome that she gets a PM back right away! :D

So far, I haven't talked with a single person I didn't like. And that's saying something :)

For Shatbat: tienes un alma hermosa.

And I tried to keep the embarrassment to the absolute minimum for you.

whirlingmind is a positive presence in WP, contributing many positive posts to many threads. I can sense good intentions behind her posts.

Uprising's posts are interesting and I'm glad he's back.

scarp seems to be a good person and I enjoy reading his posts.

I hope hey_there will come back.

jk1 seems like a nice person and interesting person. I am not often in the same threads as him, but when I am his posts resonate with me.

Thank you!! The feeling is mutual. I also like seeing the exchange between you and 3D. He seems like a nice person, too.

ThetaIn3D just swept the board in the Off The Wall forum. Full credit to him for the dedication and time that took
