How do i get there?

Wait a minute... Cut through the Old Forest, past Bombadil and the Barrrow-Downs, turn east at Bree, dodge the Nazgul at Amon Sul (Weathertop), then follow the path till i reach the Greyflood, then continue to Imladris.

That right?
