That's great to hear. ^ My family always gave alms on Boxing Day, so now my partner and I make a tradition of donating to a food bank or other charity. We do it anonymously because charity is never meant to be self-promoting. We made a contribution to a children's trauma organization yesterday. He was able to give a lot more than I was, but every little bit helps, and in many cases it's just the thought that counts.

I bought my very first movie on YouTube today. The Sound of Music. I would be drinking wine and eating popcorn if I could. I am on medication and I like to have supper at 6, so I will not. The reason I am typing so funny is because I am typing on my tablet. My laptop is hooked up to my TV.

Not to poop your party or anything, but you would be better off buying movies in other places than Youtube. Youtube is overpriced for movies.

You didn't poop my party. I already bought the movie. I bought the reason you were here I'll think about the cheaper sites the next time I buy a movie.

I now have some solar blinky lights.
We've had so many storms roll through over the Christmas period we've hardly needed lights.
Still plenty of leftovers if someone wants some roast lamb or cake and custard.

I had lamb for a Monday night dinner put on by a church at the bingo hall where I live, 4 years ago on Easter. It was nice and tender. I wouldn't eat it all the time. I'd hate to constantly eat the animal that gives me my yarn. Once or twice a year is good enough for me.
