Maybe writing a letter to her about how she hurt you, or to whoever hurt you, will help? Don't send it but just to get it out.

I just did this for someone who hurt me and feel less bogged down.

Although that's what I say here about every new thing I try, 'it worked' ' ifeel great now', then back to same old thought patterns, so maybe don't listen to me.

I stabbed myself 4 times once.
Crazy times.

I've never stabbed myself (yet) but I have broken two toes, hit my head very had on concrete which I guess now explains why I have so many "head" related problems ! My grandparents used to live in a rough city and my Grandad said he saw a man who had been stabbed once, he came from a crowd and had his hand underneath his chest, you could clearly see the hole and lots of blood. Apparently the man staggered forwards and then fell to his knees, a woman who apparently didn't know him ran over to him and knelt beside him comforting him when the ambulance was on its way. My Grandad was only nineteen at the time and he said it was the worst thing he'd ever seen.

I don't know if the man died, with a hole in his chest I guess he probably did. But it's surprising what injuries can be healed?

Are republicans good or the evil ones? I don't follow politics, no matter who I vote for I always get a handful of fake promises and I'm like "damn, should have voted for the other party"

Republicans are known as the "party of Lincoln." These days, though, they tend to be conservatively-minded. Some are sensible and "socially liberal." Others are not sensible and reactionary.

Democrats tend to be liberal financially and socially; though not all are liberal at all.

Both have many hypocrites within their ranks. There are many who don't "live their rhetoric." It's rather unfortunate that the United States is stuck in the Republican/Democrat "two-party system."
