Automatic. Never learned to drive stick-shift. Makes renting cars in the UK expensive!

Same question.

I take Magnesium because of my cardiac issue and it reputedly helps with tinnitus -- but I don't notice a difference.

I use olive oil fairly often as well. It depends what I'm making.

Hi longshot! I nearly always struggle to find serenity, but can manage well if I am alone ... which is most often.

Idleness is never an enemy. It's healthy for the mind.

I drive both.

Have you ever wished on dandelions when they're white and blow away with seeds?
(I forget what that's called. I call them snowies).

I used to "wish on" dandelions as a child, when walking to Sainsbury's with my mother and older sister. I always assumed it was just us.

I've never seen the advertisement Kraftie mentioned. Having all my favourite TV shows and films on DVD, and not having a TV licence anyway, I don't ever get to see TV adverts. I don't do Netflix, either, because no decent TV show has been produced in the past ten years.

Have you read Wittgenstein's Tractatus?

Do you want to stop a baby from crying when you see one in the street?

To comfort the baby for the baby's sake? No. I have no desire to hold other people's babies.

If the baby is far enough away that their crying doesn't hurt my ears, then their crying doesn't affect me. The parent will figure it out or help them.

If the crying baby is close to me and the cry hurts my ears, it's one of the reasons I wear my earplugs in public.

Same q

In the street, meaning in danger? I'd rescue the baby and arrange help. Otherwise, nope.

Have you been to a spa?
