Triangle or tambourine, however off-key.

I didn’t like hot dogs or eggs for a long time.

Same question.

I was terrified of ketchup until about age 20. I wouldn't even touch a plate with ketchup on it. I also thought it was "boys' food" because I only knew boys who ate it. lol.

I wouldn't eat peaches or corn on the cob either.

Mushrooms and olives. (Though I love them now.)

Do you like poetry that rhymes?

Have not liked eggs cooked but I have eaten them raw. The texture of the egg when fried or hard boiled I don't like.
I don't like eating cardboard either... And hate going anywhere near people eating chewing gum or bubble gum. The smell. If anyone is while I'm driving I have them leave my car... Well. Until they spit it out and the smell goes.

Sorry. New post before I sent this...I thought all poetry rhymes? It is ok... My mums really into things like that.

What is your first memory?

Poetry that rhymes? Not necessarily, but I do look for a discernible meter or form. I like sonnets best.

First memory: Being in a baby crib and trying to "will" a stuffed penguin to move across the room to me. I remember thinking that I should have telekinesis.

My earliest memory is of trying to get OUT of the crib. According to my parents, I did have telekinesis, as my stuffed owl would always end up on the opposite end of the crib in the morning.

What was your favorite Saturday morning cartoon?

I don't remember watching cartoons in the mornings. I can tell you my favourite books?

Oh wait, I loved The Flintstones ... but that was at night.

Books:
PD Eastman
Dr Seuss
AA Milne
Beatrix Potter
Jon Stone (Muppets)
Carolyn Haywood
CS Lewis
EB White
Judy Blume

Too many titles to mention, but I did really love Go Dog Go, Are You My Mother?, and There's a Monster at the End of This Book!

Books I loved:

The first book I loved was a German story about a Siamese cat.

In second grade, as an award for being the best speller in the class, I won a book called Mr. Blue, about a Siamese cat.

It seems that cats, especially Siamese, have been big in my life.

As for favorite cartoons I liked Underdog, The All Star Animalympics, a cartoon about the Beatles, The Flintstones and the Jetsons.

What were your favorite kids shows that weren't cartoons?

Your book list is impressive, Isabella. I liked a lot of the same authors.
