I do mostly, yes, but there are things I tend to dislike with mine also. Lack of a clear goal and the kind of messy management I encounter there. But hey, most colleagues are nice folks and I like working with 'clients' and love being in and around nature.
I work in a big hothouse and on the surrounding fields and we multiply plants, make bouquets, pieces of our own grown flowers and other plant parts like leaves an stuff, lots of tasks all concerning plants and I'm a jack of all trades most of the time. We try to sell our plants (in pots), pieces made by some pros but also a lot of clients living in the institute there make them. Also art, like paintings, ceramics and 3D pieces (made by clients).
Yesterday we opened our new shop and it's located in the center of a large mental institute, openly accessible for everybody (the park, restaurant and shop). A sort of little village set in a park-like setting with forest all around. It's quite beautiful and unique, I guess and surely a good place to be for this chap.

What do you think of this initiative where folks with, lets say, all sorts of mental troubles make, with some guidance, all sort of creative things, on a totally voluntairy basis of course and the things they make are sold (quite inexpensively) in said shop?
(sorry for the long post )
