My mom just scared me really bad (not on purpose). She always flicks a light to get my attention (I zone out easily) but I thought she was asleep and she flicked the hallway light so quickly that I thought it was a power problem. I turned, but I didn't see anyone. Then she did it again, still really quickly. Good Lord, I jumped.
(Our house can be rather creepy at times. For instance, my music box randomly starts playing with no one around it and without having been touched for weeks at a time. And adding my hallucinations and pointless superstitions into it...well, you get the picture.)

I've taken to experimenting with various forms of poetry when I'm bored (ie. should be working). I think Haikus are the most fun... I read a great one earlier.

Hakius are easy
But sometimes they don't make sense
