All (which isn't very much) goes to my four nieces and one nephew, ranging from 1 to almost 8 years old now. My piano, books, oil paintings, elec. stuff like dig. camera, DVD player, TV, stereo, computer, some furniture and a little bit of money.... would go to them, maybe making sure no adult would inherit a thing.

Oh, and I would like to be buried either without or in a simple coffin, real wood, and folks have to plant a tree right on top, spot on, of the soulless me. (Oak tree maybe but ?)

~

In total I have 6 but how many nieces and nephews do you have? (from your sisters, brothers, aunts and uncles)

winter, because I love snow and I feel I can hide better when outside because everyone is dressed so cosy and tucked in...
but I have two downsides with winter: one the heatsystem in my home doesnt work so we freeze the season out
two: I cant bike when too much snow

Yours?

Winter, I love skating, skiing, snowboarding, snowball-fights, (even though it's a little childish) and good food

What do you think of the winter?

Sometimes when I am sitting at my computer and the snow is falling out side and I am warm and snug inside and see the flakes twirling in their fall, I get a feeling of serenity and security. When I am out slogging through it I feel like I will never get cold, snug in my boots and coat. When I am driving through it I forget to breathe. But I have to be in a place that stays green through the winter, like here in Oregon in the Pacific Northwest. I lived through 7 winters in the South Dakota/Minnesota states and I just couldn't stand the bleak whiteness. I can tell the difference between 20 degrees F below freezing and 30 degrees F below freezing just by the way it feels on the face, though. Any colder and it will freeze dry your eyelids right off!

So, how do you feel about the hair on your body?

I have a love/hate relationship with it.

I love my beard, and general hairy-ness. I feel like a lumberjack sometimes.
That's a good thing.

However, I'm prone to anxiety-induced trichotillomania, and I compulsively pull hair on my arms and eyebrows, especially. If I'm really going through a tough time, I develop bald patches in these areas because of incessant hair-pulling. It's really hard to control. Not good.

What are some things that help you to relax?

A quiet walk in the woods.

What is the one thing you couldn't stand not doing?

Playing music or singing or just creating resonant vibrations in some way.
I believe that I would lose my mind if I became unable to do this.

What are two things that have inspired you in the past week? Please discuss.

I don't know if I've necessarily experienced anything inspiring this week, but I did have a really positive experience I could share. I was diagnosed with AS this past July. The only people I've told are my mom and my friend (I only have one). My mom...well, I won't get into that. :? I told my friend, and ever since I've been a little worried that it might change things between us. It seems we communicate less, but we're usually infrequent communicators as it is, so that's probably nothing. I kept having this thought in the back of my mind that she'll decide I'm no longer worth the effort. I've been "dumped" by friends before for far less, so it wasn't totally unreasonable in my mind. Anyways, a couple of days ago I'm checking my mail and there's an envelope from her. I got excited, but also a little nervous as she usually doesn't send me mail, other than b-day/Christmas cards. I opened the envelope and guess what was inside? She had clipped an article out of a magazine about Clay Marzo, a surfer with AS, and sent it to me. :D :D :D :D Platonic  .

Similar question...What was the most positive experience you had this past week?

Autumn. I love the smells and the colors.

If you could travel anywhere, where would you go?

Northern India, up into the mountains to search for a guru.

Have you ever had a "best friend"?
If so, what sort of personality traits and behaviors made them your best friend?
If not, then what do you imagine such a person would be like?

yes when I was a child I had one, I dont know what in her personality made us best friends. We was so young and it was so long time ago
She died in cancer at age 11

I had another second best friend at age 14. I dont remember how we found each other but we was both odd and "behind in developement" and bullied at school
I lost contact with her and sometimes can miss the feeling to have a best friend like her. We had contact long before I even knew the excistence of AS

Is there someone you miss who you lost contact with?

I would love to visit India too someday. :)

Someone I miss? The best friend I used to have.:( We kinda drifted apart in University, we studied completely different things, and I was lucky to see him maybe once every few months. But we were best mates in High School. I do miss him.

How was (or still is) your day today?
