I don't "believe" in ghosts but I am open to the possibility of their existence.

Do you have a spirit animal?

Not really, but my favourite animals are ducks. Kittens are great too.

Did you ever give a speech in school?

Yes, and it was video recorded. I was horrified by my mannerisms and flat affect.

Do you prefer vinyl or mp3?

I have about 200 vinyls. I didn't have any digital music at all until I flew to see Elton last fall and my nephew put some on my phone to listen on the plane. I still don't know how to use digital music or sort it, and I haven't added more than a few songs since. I do listen on You Tube when I'm on WP, but that's different because it's not MP3.

Vinyl, but I don't have any anymore. I have a collection of antique shellac 78s and nothing to play them on.

Ever lived with someone who could not stand your taste in music?

My wife is irritated that I like 60s music.

She likes the modern stuff.

Same question.

Yes and no. My wife share a similar taste in a lot of music, but some of what I like grates on her. She calls it my "mope rock": The Smiths, Joy Division, New Order, Big Star, Alex Chilton to name a few. She also doesn't like Bob Dylan, CCR or Roxy Music. But there are many bands we both like very much: Talking Heads, Prince, Replacements, Beatles (Oh how we both love the Beatles).

Have you ever eaten buckwheat kasha?

Korts,
That's too bad. Are you irritated that she likes the modern stuff?
Which music is played more often? Yours or hers?

Magna,
No, the texture is rather creepy to me.

I can live without it, speaking as someone who is neither fond of meat nor has tried it.

Have you ever felt that you mind is going to mess up if you don't commit to watching something apparently significant continuously to the end?.

Watched episode 1/6 of the 'Gundam 008: war in the pocket' series b/c of how fascinated I was by how Bennet White explained it's anti-war themes and the impact of war on children not as child soldiers but when they're naiveness about the apparent thrill of violence is utterly shattered.. :| I will admit that there are more important things I could do but I don't know if I'm stubborn to refuse doing them b/c I'm sick of barely doing anything I like before having to hop onto something else out of a questionable need to sate distraction/ 'a void' of anxiety based on work performance and needing to secure a wage this month or b/c of a dark truth that I barely have an attention span/patience to do things I like b/c of how f---g insecure I am in spite of recently arriving at a 'sweet spot' of employment. :|

I loved an anime called Hunter X Hunter so much that I felt like it was a necessity to watch it consistently enough to not lose track, limit episodes so it's not a huge blur, make sure my environment was not distracting, and be in a clear state of mind so I can fully experience it. I felt like it was intelligently made, enough to feel like I was gaining something out of watching it.

Do you have a favorite dog breed or two?

Old English sheepdogs, spaniels, border collies

Do you have a favourite letter of the alphabet? Mine is E because of its colour, and it's also letter #5. Five is my favourite number, and it happens to be a colour similar to E. :P
