Do you believe Alexander Pope was amazing? He was around 4 foot 7, was hunchbacked, and had some major illnesses---yet produced some of the greatest English literature.
Not as amazing as Kant, who was five feet tall, infirm and contributed more to philosophy than perhaps Plato himself (belying Whitehead's oft-quoted summary of western philosophy: "footnotes to Plato"). I loved
Rape of the Lock, though. He also had a rather handsome face - though shame about the body.
