Good morning

Oh yes, gotta have fuel driven chainsaws,
those electric one are as useful as a
regular old fashion handsaw when i
get going  ..maybe i should
pimp the saw up a bit, a little turbo
and some bling :chin:

Be careful, please with those s*ckers.

I have a girly electrical one but I don't live in a great forest area. Are you going to use the wood for your fireplace.... Yeah probably you would. Birch is it, right? Berk in Dutch. We make wooden shoes out of them. But we're mad. (the Dutchs that is)

Yep, its birch, its called bjørk here,
very hard type of wood -it gives away
alot of heat so i`ll use it in my fireplace -
think its nr. 2 or 3 on the list over
woodtypes that gives out alot of energy
when burnt. I`m always careful around
chainsaws, but i have used them so many
years now that it almost feels like a natural
extension to my hand when i fire it up

I`m very tempted to try and carve some
things out of a big block of wood with a
chainsaw
:chin:
think it could be cool

Bjørk, right, was wondering about that. And carving wood this way would be very cool. I always wanted to make a giant nose (I like noses, can’t explain)

I could give you a hint or two pimping fuel driven engines but I'm not going to advocate that. Hate to read the newspaper with enough bad news already.

I figure some of us are a bit jealous of you, I mean where you live. Outdoors and all. Ok, most couldn't even handle the cold, probably but it has some charm, surely but maybe for you it's just reality. Probably.... Like my surroundings are for me, I suppose.

Mmmm, I think I'll take my first coffee of the day and read my half empty glass newspaper now.

Not much reason to be jealous of me i think, then
they would have to be jealous of everyone else
living around here also, its just countryside and
theres alot of it everywhere

Heres another type of bjørk btw

Should have bought an Amstrad CPC... :D
