Movie
To dream that you are watching a movie suggests that you are watching life pass you by. Perhaps you are living vicariously through the actions of others. Consider also how the movie parallels to situations in your waking life. Observe how the characters relate to you and how they may represent an aspect of yourself. To dream that you are unsure of what movie you are watching suggests you are lost in life, you don't know where you are headed or where you stand with the important people in your life. The movie is symbolic of yourself and your story, and the fact that everybody left when your story was showing seems to suggest that you are feeling marginalized by the important people in your life.

This morning, I woke up after having some dream in which I was painting my nails, and I was holding my hands away from the blanket so it could dry. Then I somehow woke up enough to realize that it had just been a dream, put my hands under the blanket, and fell back asleep for a short while.

I don't remember my dreams that often, but just thought that was odd.

^^^Fingernails
To notice your fingernails in your dream indicate that your defenses are up. Consider the length of the nails, the color (if applicable), the condition, and the cleanliness of the nails for additional meaning to your dream. If you dream that your nails are long, then it signify your idleness. You are not taking action. If you are wearing fake fingernails, then it suggest that you are reaching out to others, but do not have their best interest in mind. You may be acting in a disingenuous way. To dream that you are polishing your fingernails represent glamour.

Jail
To dream that you are in jail suggests that you are feeling restrained or censored in your work environment, relationship or situation in your life. You are feeling confined and suffocated. Alternatively, it represents self-punishment and guilt. You feel you may be involved in some wrongdoing.
Prison
To dream that you are in prison indicates that you are being censored in some area of your life. You feel that your creativity is being limited and that you are not allowed to express yourself. To see someone else in prison in your dream signifies an aspect of yourself that you are unable to express freely.

I think I have an idea of what's going on in my life to explain the symbols this time. My girlfriend has some depression & anxiety issues & has been having a depression ep for alittle while. I think she's over it now thou but I've been trying to be more considerate of her lately.

I had a mélange of dreams, mainly I was in a motel room, done up in the usual tan/salmon tones, with two double beds and two large wall mirrors atop two dressers. I looked in the mirrors and could not see my reflection, just the rest of the room. then the mirrors turned into giant tv sets only they were 90 degrees tilted so they were vertical rather than the standard horizontal. they displayed scenes of the outside someplace in nature but close to the city, like the back of the motel. then I dreamt I was on a naval destroyer ship, and I saw white cruise missiles being fired all at once, over the water towards the shoreline off in the distance, making a noise like "SHOOOOMM!! ! SHOOOOOMM!" then I awoke.

it's been a few hours so I can't remember too many details but I was babysitting an infant boy with two other people, one woman and one man. I don't recall the woman from my awake life but the man is an acquaintance who died of an overdose last year. for some reason we were babysitting this infant at my work. so the woman ends up accidentally suffocating or otherwise killing the baby, and then the man starts freaking out about getting in trouble and wants to get rid of the body and all the evidence (which was stupid af because if we were babysitting the kid when he went missing we would be the prime suspects). so somehow this guy vacuum seals the baby (this is also stupid if wanting to get rid of evidence), but as he's freaking out grabbing s**t to get ready to split with the dead baby I take him and head off on my bike for the police station. and on the way i realize that if I turn this vacuum sealed baby in and testify against the woman and the man, the gang that the man is in would be out to kill me, so I duck into a public restroom at the park next to the station to breath and go over my options but before anything can get resolved in the dream I woke up. I wanted to get back into it so I could turn the baby in but I had to go to class.

some fragments remembered upon waking- I was wearing surgical scrub bottoms outside somewhere, it was a sunny spring day with fair skies, I felt the heat on my skin and a mild warm breeze. I felt a tickle in my back pocket, I reached back there to scratch and felt a wiggling lump in my pocket, so in mild alarm I pried the pocket open, and a bee was back there, a big one, thrice the size of a normal yellow jacket, it crawled out and flew away, and I was very relieved at that turn of events. then I found myself in somebody's bathroom, with 2 of my doppelgangers, we were all naked and as we were in our early 20s- and we proceeded to take a shower together.

I've lost most of it, but the ending was crystal clear. I haven't thought of her in months, but she finally appeared in one of my dreams again. It felt like Reys dream sequence in the Force Awakens. She was 13 again. I said something, I think an apology or something. She smiled and then she was gone. The acceptance I seek isn't behind me, but ahead.

I dreamt I was in my late parents' house watching TV on a wall-mounted flatscreen [never had one while they were alive], they were as they were in their 30s, still young for some reason, younger than I remember them when I was a kid as they were already in their 40s by then- anyways, right in the middle of "evening magazine" the tv program quickly segues into hard-core porn, and it is pretty explicit stuff close-up, and I look back at my parents and they seem not to notice it. then I awoke.
