I'm half believer and half skeptic when it comes to extraterrestrials being on Earth.

Someone I know who knows a lot about NASA et al, thinks it's possible they are exiles and there's a huge ark type ship hiding out in the astroid field.

I think I am the overwhelming loud person for the broader community
Partly because for my status not all five bars are full and I feel incomplete when I'm here until I've posted enough for all of those bars to be full and I rise in status

Put it this way, in a country like Israel which has the highest concentration smart people in the world, in order for this man to run the Israeli space agency he would be in the top 5 smartest people in the country.

The idea he would simply throw away his legacy/achievements and cause stigma for his family for no good reason is highly unlikely. I think there is something odd and I wouldn't discount aspects of his story even if it's hard to believe. Perhaps he is sending a coded message to an intended audience? who knows?

Not to say I'm not open to inter-dimensional communication between this ant intelligence of humanity and creatures of a higher order, but the whole Galactic Federation idea sounds like scifi.
1. It's name is in English
2. It's a Western governance structure
Both of these would point to me that this is an idea that stems from the imagination of most likely a male Western mind. I'm not saying Eshed invent the idea, first I heard of the "Galactic Federation's" "existence" was in 2016 by someone who was deeply lost in his own imagination.

Is it possible there are other creatures in these 3 and 4 dimensional planes that human consciousness functions on, sure. I generally am more open to the idea that these extraterrestrials are actually extradimensional

Fair enough, although visual hallucinations are more likely than distorted thoughts.

If an 87 yr old man has dementia its very unlikely he will confabulate such a complex narrative out of the blue as that requires considerable cognitive activity which in theory is unlikely because he has dementia.

Yes it seems far fetched. It is possible he was a star trek fan and in his old age latent schizotypal traits are making him hallucinate the existence of the federation.
