There are no pictures or posters on the walls.
The TV set is not in a great position relative to the bed, but I'm too lazy to change it.
The sliding closet doors are broken, and they haven't been fixed because the apartment maintenence guy never comes when he says he will.
My clothes are kept on an open bookshelf where everyone who comes in can see my underwear and socks on the top. Except the maintenence guy, since he never f***ing comes.
The dogs and cat are not allowed in there since the dogs like to piss on everything and the cat likes to destroy everything, but my mom disregards this rule and lets them in every single day.
The books and DVDs that won't fit on the bookshelf are in the cabinet under the TV.
There's a TV dinner tray next to my bed. On it sits a soda glass, a water bottle, a chap stick, my mailbox key which I still haven't put on my key ring since I'm that much of a procrastinator, and a plastic tray with my wallet, checkbook, pocket knife, jack knife, a set of ear plugs, loose change, and orphan nails and screws.
The primary source of light is a reading lamp attached to the bed post. There's a bright upright lamp in the room, but I never use it due to my sensitivity to light.
The apartment complex sprinklers wake me up every time they're on by splashing against my window.
