The NHS is an efficient, timely, proactive, well-resourced, finance-aware, enlightened organisation, that does not engage in lies, cover-ups, mismanagement, evasiveness, or illegal actions. They do not have meetings for the sake of meetings, and they have a really great complaints service that truly works.

The NHS doctors totally didn't just tell me to drink more water when I got a cold which did not develop into pneumonia. And that did not happen 3 times over the span of 2 years.
