Yes. I very rarely wear sunglasses one way or the other.

What's your favourite book of the Bible?

I don't normally weat sunglasses, but recently with the new car I have gone back to wearing them when driving. I tend to prefer walking in the shadows in the bright sunshine, but I don't really like things on my face if I can help it. So on the one hand, sunglasses prevent the gare so I am not uncomfortable but I rarely wear them because I feel claustrophobic. It is a bit like wearing a polo topped jumper or tee shirt. I can't stand them round my neck. But I will wear lose band type thing which acts like a scarf if I am out cycling in the cold weather as I hit nearly 40mph sometimes on the downhills so I freeze if I don't. The band type thing is lose around me but has a drawstring type top to it. It is designed to keep my neck or face warm. I did have an elasticated one but I couldn't use it as I just didn't like tight things round my neck. It wasn't actually tight, but I just didn't like it.

Do you stim?

My favourite book of the Bible is the Gospel of John.

Don't "stim".

Do you like whiskey?

Yes. My favourite drink is a (double) :P whiskey sour.

I stim so much it's considered self-harm and I need meds. :(

Do you like swimming?

I've just had a glass of airport whiskey and Coca-Cola.

I do rather like swimming. Especially outdoors.

Do you use salt and pepper shakers, or do you dispense them straight from their packets?

That is, whiskey from the duty-free store at the airport; I'm not currently inside an airport.

I use shakers and / or grinders for black pepper and rock salt.

same question.

Cheers!

Use a shaker/grinder for salt, but not for pepper, which I rarely have anyway.

Do you enjoy traveling by railway?

I do, but unfortunately it's more expensive than flying for some journeys. I usually fly because it's faster and often more affordable than the train.

Yes, I'm considering going to Glencoe and walking up Ben Nevis this year, and it works out considerably cheaper to get the flight from Birmingham INTL to Glasgow than to take the train from the city where I live. I am a fan of civil aviation, but it's too much hassle just to get to Scotland.

Who was your favourite Karamazov, including Smerdyakov, who quite likely was an illegitimate son of Fyodor?

Ivan is my favorite, the one who suffers most.

Do you own a phonograph/turntable?

For me, it will always be Alyosha, although as far as villains go, I really rather like Smerdyakov.

Nope.

What did you think of Pavel Smerdyakov?

Never heard of him.

Who do you think are the greatest comedians of all time to have worked in the entertainment industry?

I felt sorry for him more than anything else, but found him pathetic and amusing at the same time.

Comedian: I don't know enough of them.

Why do you think Fr Zosima makes a prostration before Ivan?

Alternative question: do you prefer portraits or landscapes?
