I believe it modernized the Catholic Church----and "opened it up" a little.

I remember growing up being scared of Pope Paul VI. I thought he was a forbidding figure.....


How do you feel about Pope Alexander VI? He was a pope during the 16th century. He was a member of the Borgia family (if I'm not mistaken).

The pope right before John Paul II-----was John Paul I, who succeeded Pope Paul VI in 1978.

Unfortunately, John Paul I passed away about a month after he was elected Pope.


Green tea is okay.

If you got a free ticket to go to an Indian Hill Station (where they grow tea), would you go?

I should have crossed the Bosporous in Istanbul in 2002. But I didn't.
