Well, unlike some people I don't have a national holiday tomorrow (which is actually today...), and I'm going to the dentist.

Currently tied between Friday and Saturday.

Definitely not weekends, because there are too many people / children out and about if I go anywhere, and most places that I like are closed. Not Tuesdays, because we have a hate-hate relationship. I actually like Mondays because I know the weekend is over, and because they're blue (synaesthesia).

It's hard to say, but whenever I am visiting a gym and use a treadmill, it's usually between 2-3 miles.

I couldn't estimate accurately, but whenever I'm at work I walk for about 8 hours. I walk a lot of places because I can't currently drive.

Yes. When I was a child, a couple of times I was sure there were people in my bedroom who couldn't have been.
