I'm ambivalent to the soft goat cheeses. The hard goat cheeses are good. I like most kinds of cheeses including blue veined and stinky cheeses.

Have you ever had chevon or mutton?

Chevon is goat meat. Mutton is the meat of a full grown sheep. I've had the former, but not the latter.

sheep & goat, only my own (homegrown, grassfed & no industrial mixes added) animals
duck tastes very good too
