A big salad. Mixed greens, BBQ chicken pieces, avocado, shredded mixed cheese, chipotle dressing.

I made these sausage and pepper hero sandwiches, but left out the oregano and salt and used turkey sausages instead of chicken. Cut down on the sizes, too.

Dark rye bread with chickenbreast. Next piece: Dark ryebread with mackerell in tomato an a stripe of mayonnaise.

Nibbling on a few cashews.

Right now hot squid and prawn salad, smoked salmon and brie cheese with a glass of rosé wine - so delicious!

Then I'm planning to have some spicy chicken, then turkey breast, and then a grapefruit.

Then maybe some cookies with GREEN green tea (as opposed to brown-looking green tea).

I have a fudgecicle.

We had meat balls tonight.

I've just had a lime tart.

A plain digestive biscuit with stawberries and cream flavoured white stilton cheese. Accompanied by a reheated half cup of coffee from this morning.

I haven't stopped eating all day and I'm still starving. I've had Bran flakes for breakfast, then I had an apple, then I had two Rivita's with grated cheese and sweet pickle, then I had a banana, then I had two ginger nuts. I'll be having my tea soon.

At this rate I'll be looking like Rick Waller before long.

I'm going to eat Southern fried chicken with some chips for my tea!

I've just had tagliatelle with cheese and ham sauce and focaccia bread for my tea.

Brunch was a cheese omelet, hash browns with ketchup, and buttered toast. Couldn't eat it all.

Sausage, biscuits, and country gravy.
