2) If you binged for that long, you probably ate a lot of carbohydrates (plus nasty stuff like additives and excess salt), which make you retain water. So a lot of the 6 pounds is just water. Starving yourself isn't going to help you. What you need to do is EAT lean protein and raw veggies (and plenty of them too, esp the veggies), avoid starchy and salty food. Drink 6-8 glasses of water too (no sodas!), because that will help you flush out your system (plus you don't want ot get dehydrated). That will get rid of that excess water in a healthy way.

I plan to start following the Canada Food Guide on Wednesday when I get payed. I'll have all the good stuff in my place, so it makes sense to start than. I'll be eating a sandwich for lunch, instead of a large meal. If I have a large lunch, I'll have soup and a sandwich for supper.

I'm wondering what my parents will think when they don't see their big, jolly Cockney at their dinner table, tonight. My mum was a prick, last week so I'm eating at my place, tonight. I wonder if she'll call me crying with an apology. I'd better not hold my breath.

Lucozade is quite horribly sugary. I'd drink litres of it if I could but all it boils down to is sugar.
