When I was in 8th grade, I wore football shoulder pads to school one day.

Boy, did I get a reaction!

It confirmed in peoples' minds that I was certifiably nuts!

I was forced to go to a school dance when I was nine or so. I wore a zipped up big black puffy jacket. It was summer.

I couldn't care less if I am popular or not. Although some have had nice things to say to me and about me and I appreciate it. Can't think of any awkward school situations right now. I mean any noticeably more awkward than usual.
