Rice is the biggest cause of food poisoning. I'd avoid that if I were you.

Think that's gross? Try this. Chinese thousand year old eggs,( not literally of course.) Aka demons's eggs. They look evil but taste awesome with soybean paste and tofu or ginger. You wouldn't know how they were first made, a long time ago. And you wouldn't want to, either.

Oh, I saw this show the other day where someone showed something like that, and I though "How can it be that colour and still edible?"

I finished eating. And actually, on the show, I think it was in China that it was shown.
