3-egg omelet (one whole egg + 2 egg whites) with shredded carrots, baby spinach, peppers, onion and vege bacon, fried with one teaspoon of organic virgin coconut oil. 250cal, 17g protein.

Coriander salad - lots of coriander leaves, raw onion, chilli, tomato and lime juice. Very strong but some people would love it.

I love coriander (or cilantro in the US) so I shall try this. It sounds pretty tasty.

If you add prawns and/or squid pieces to it, it's even better. I didn't know it had another name. Maybe Spanish?
