What was your first job like?

I've never had one.

My very first job was selling coupon packets on the telephone (telemarketing). They were good until "September, 1984!!" which I remember as part of the speech. It was in a small, stuffy room with no windows where people were allowed to smoke. I had to take a bus there by myself and didn't finish until around 10 pm even on school nights. I had a crush on a guy named Ken who later died from a ruptured appendix. After Ken's passing, my boss told me that I shouldn't have had a crush on Ken, because he was gay. How inappropriate for him to share that of the deceased.

It's bad memories all around.

My first legal job was as a bartender in a jazz club. I loved it.

I don't know. I've never been able to notice emotional patterns in my own life because of alexithymia.

I don't usually know if I'm "stressed or upset" in order to monitor.
