Rabbit cooked with olive oil, rosemary, and garlic. Didn't taste as 'strange' as I thought it would (as it's the first time I've had rabbit) and it tastes almost literally like chicken, but with a more cleaner, refined taste.

In fact, I'd say that it tastes better then chicken, as it doesn't have that nasty 'omnivore taint' that comes with chicken or pork, the taste that makes me slather on the BBQ sauce so I can't taste it anymore.

Coriander salad - lots of coriander leaves, raw onion, chilli, tomato and lime juice. Very strong but some people would love it.

I love coriander (or cilantro in the US) so I shall try this. It sounds pretty tasty.

If you add prawns and/or squid pieces to it, it's even better. I didn't know it had another name. Maybe Spanish?

I made it today!

I added prawns like you suggested, but I wasn't sure how to season it so I added some chili powder and sea salt. What do you use for seasoning?

Nothing right now.
Dinner will be cold meatloaf sandwiches with oven-baked potato crisps.

Yum! Looks good. How did it taste? Did you use cherry tomatoes? I usually chop a big tomato into dice. For seasoning, I usually use just a random amount of salt because it already has very strong-tasting ingredients. You could use some lemon grass as well. Even some chopped garlic (but not too much). If you want to cheat, you could use some ready-made Thai dressing/sauce. It goes very well with it.

It tasted pretty good. But it was a little dry, so next time I'll use a big juicy tomato.
Adding garlic sounds good, and I might try it with the sweet chili sauce I have in my fridge. Thanks!
