I doubt I was banging my head THAT hard, but then again, I probably wasn't paying attention to how hard I was doing it...

When I got annoyed I crack my knuckles, bite my lip or squeeze something with enough force to crush a bone(well maybe not *that* hard but yea)

Does it really look that absurd to others when you hit yourself? People seem to just freeze in place whenever I'm having or on the verge of having a meltdown.

I think I'll go play Jak II now. C'ya!

I'd probably freeze too if someone started smashing their head against the wall.
Of course I'd probably assume it to be my fault for being there though...

Oh, no. No one noticed me doing that. It was actually rather subtle, but I supposed it ended up hurting a lot because I was banging my head against a convex corner of the wall.

I meant like the time I only hit my head on the desk once or twice, and suddenly my Biology teacher got really worried. It wasn't even that hard. I assumed most people would do that once in a while when they get frustrated.

Yea I guess lots of people just drop their head on a desk in frustration, seems like something that would happen a lot.
Still no fun to watch though, well not for me anyway, I don't like seeing people get hurt.

I guess that makes sense then.

I remember the meltdowns that I had in Elementary School.

I don't quite recall ever having meltdowns during school in elementary school. I only remember having several outside of school, because I was bullied outside of school during these social gatherings that my parents and their friends plan. I remember getting so mad at the other kids not respecting my things that I just snapped when someone spilled a drink (they did much worse before, it's just that one little thing that made me snap).

If you meant what I think you meant then I have to laugh.

I had a violent meltdown where I was yelling and screaming at everybody in my LD classroom in Grade 6 and I actually threw my boots at a boy who was in my class. I gave my entire class a letter of apology the next day.

I fantasize about severely hurting my old bullies.

I think I'm letting out some anger by choking one of my old bullies whenever I see her. She's supposed to be a friend now, I guess, and most people just assume we're joking around because we just laugh like it's a joke. She thinks I'm joking around too. I think I'm joking around too, but sometimes, I just choke her because I'm still mad at her.

If I saw any of my old bullies, I'd ask them why they've hurt me all those years ago.
