1 can tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
1 packet chili spice (mild)
1 turkey breast and Swiss cheese sandwich on a pretzel roll.

Considering I made chili for supper, is it any wonder I up at 2:45 am with indigestion?

Probably not. I still have a quart of Sweet Acidophilis milk in the refridgerator. That will settle my gut faster than Gaviscon, Tums or Rolaids.
