Coffee and red wine but I don't abuse either.

Have you ever been told you snore?

Same question.

I squeak in my sleep but I don't snore.

Do you consider yourself a good listener or do you lose focus?

I lose focus and zone out if someone bores me (still make the appropriate sounds and faces if it's someone I like), but can listen for hours to someone interesting.

Same Q

I try, but I think I'm subpar. The worst is quick instructions, like at the doctor: "Take everything off (above) (below) (all) ??? Put the gown facing (front) (back) ???? and tied at the (front) (back) ????, put your clothes (where) ????, and meet me (where) ????"

Do you like wallpaper?

No, but removing it can be a very satisfying bit of precision destruction.

What about artex?

i don't know what artex is.

choose one-
a TENS machine for routine aches and pains
or
drugs
[TENS works, btw, it got me through a shattered arm a few years back]

^ it’s a type of ceiling finish: very hard usually left with rippling marks from application, was very popular in the UK in the 80s/90s... I’ve erroneously assumed it was more widespread!

Gut reaction is drugs: but since you recommend it I’ll consider the TENs if I’m ever in a situation to be offered it.

Spring or autumn?

i could tell you lotsa stuff about the proper use of TENS, having learned the hard way. :|

autumn is my fave season  spring only leads to having to pay various taxes and house insurance and so forth. and the heat and the insects, etc. ugh.

same q.

Hmmm... that’s a harder one than I realised!

I enjoy the anticipation of the growing season to come... but early autumn has both dahlias and the second flush of rose flowers to commend it. Plus being a bit cold is preferable to being too hot.

Jumper or cardigan?

Ah yes: the divided by common language thing again
Jumper = sweater made of wool.
Cardigan = same, but thinner weave and with a button up front like a jacket.

Jumpers are great in my book, provided I remember not to wear short sleeves under one (loose weave wool = sensory issues)

Did your parents/grandparents read to you as a child?

Yes, and I loved it! Kids who didn't have that growing up don't know they missed out on.

same q

If it is mild I am okay with it.

How do you feel about using antiseptic mouthwash?

It’s awful & painful & ghastly stuff: gives me a headache for hours when I give in and use it

Do you prefer to use roll on deodorant?
