Every couple of years or so - I've had teeth pull without anaesthetic as a kid and I'm still terrified by dentists.

Do you own/use a microwave?

Yes: it’s so rusty it should probably have an exclusion zone!

Do you continually have to listen to people repeating what you just said, only simplified to the point where it’s gibberish?

Rarely, I make a point of not listening to people :P

Just kidding, I avoid such people like the plague

I go to dentist every 3 months like clockwork for a cleaning.

I have resisted having or using a microwave my whole life, until a couple months ago. My nephew moved to Australia and gave me his. I tried it twice (burnt popcorn twice), and put it back in the box. I don't see the point of them.

Yes Karamazov, that happens to me!

Is your ring finger longer than your index finger?

Yep  almost always the result of an overabundance of cynicism.

They are the same length, but my ring fingers curve inwards and there’s a notch on my middle fingers they fit snugly inimto.

Do trees look better with their leaves, or without?

I don't think I can provide a good enough explanation for you.

Same question.

Pyramid quotes, like those scams? Yes they annoy me.

I love trees with no leaves. I used to be scared of them but now I admire all the lines and the silhouettes.

Do you curse a lot?

Oh! Would that be what I know as pyramid schemes?

Not really: only when I’m alone.

Give me marmite & bay leaf bechamel any day.

Ah, I call them quote trees! I can't follow them and don't read them at all.

I have a persian chaise from 1900. Does that count?

Do you have a set of watercolour paints?

I’ve got a little wooden bowl, hand painted floral patterns in black, red and gold that has “made in the USSR” stamped on the bottom.
My wife has a set of ashtrays from same former polity (they’re nesting hedgehogs).
Neither was intentional!

I’d count it: it’s not the Persian Empire any more!
