Since nobody likes surprises at work they are really either testing peoples ability to lie in an application, or

You could try vocational rehabilitation? That is how I got my job as a fry cook for a summer at Mcdonalds. Quite a learning experience. Mcdonalds is very fast pace.
This is not a thing where I live (rural) and if it was they wouldn't give it to me. I stopped applying for jobs that
had the pretests. I do fine at interviews, and I have lots of experience now, luckily they were not a thing when I
was first looking for work, that would have screwed me. I work in a Boyes shop now on the main till which suits
me because it's busy. One customer after another allows me to avoid my three biggest problems 1) multitasking
2) to much time with coworkers 3) trying to think of work things to do myself (I was always wrong).
