About two or three times a year I actually wake up feeling rested, it's a glorious feeling.
Every 3 or 4 months, after staying awake for 24 to 36 hours on a regular basis and sleeping 8 to 12 in between I sleep for 24 hours
(my personal record being 36) - sometimes I actually get some rest from it, but not always.
Long story short: it's complicated.
Oh, sorry April, I've never had pumpkin spice, only heard of it.
