No, I’m not very good at that unless it’s with my grandmother (it’s a family thing to keep negative news on a need to know basis to minimise her panic attacks: I broke the rule once as an adult, and my grandad very quietly and calmly and gently explained why this was wrong)

I have a brother and two sisters, all younger than me (eldest grandchild on both sides). I see sister who’s also quiet and socially awkward more than the other two, although do have a text conversation with brother every two months or so.
Loud & hectic sister I see twice a year at best.

I've always wondered why?

only reason i can do it right hand over left shoulder is the 15 degree rightwards scoliosis i have between t8-t14 in my thoracic spine. can't do it the other way for that reason. i suspect by your description that you may have a similar scoliotic process going on in the same place. that is quite common for those of us born before routine scoliosis screening in public schools.
