Listening to my type of music and posting on WP at the same time.

What's your idea of a bad time?

i could offer a variety of answers but this one comes to mind immediately; discovering that i am the brunt of the joke going on around me and having no idea how to handle the situation.

what did you always want to do but could not and why?

Travel around the world. Reason I can't, it's too expensive and I have severe social phobia and anxiety.

Do you have a place of sanctuary?

I've tried to skateboard a couple times. My balance wasn't that good.

How long did it take you to learn to skateboard?

I've never learned how to skateboard. It never appealed to me.

Do you like giving or getting gifts?

the nineties; shouty anthems from the beastie boys contrasted by their very smooth and ultra cool instrumental work, indie rock and experimental sounds from sonic youth and beck, the blur and oasis rivalry, pulp, manic street preachers, the stone roses, morrissey, paul weller, nirvana, aphex twin, orbital, 808 state, prodigy, cassius, laurent garnier, daft punk... i could go on :D. this music, this era of music, was a saving grace during my formative teen and adolescent years and is still my comfort food now.

if time and money were no object where would you take a holiday and why?

Once again, I ask the same as the person above.

I'd go to London to ride the Heritage Routemasters and walk down Carnaby Street.

How about you? Where would you like to go on a holiday?

if time were literally no object i would travel back and through edo period japan... that being said, modern japan would do quite nicely (i'm just not sure about the crowds and high population density). i find japanese culture, society, and history fascinating.

failing that, i would really like to spend some time in germany lapping the nurburgring in a porsche 997 GT3 rsr. there is a lot of motorsport achievement, development, and history associated with "the green hell", getting behind the wheel of an exceptionally well engineered vehicle and on that track would be nothing short of amazing.

*edit.

oops, sorry. i did not see this

if time and money were no object (i not an old man but i am no spring chicken), i would like study both psychology and law and be a advocate for those that are unable to secure their rights and receive the care and attention that they require.

if you could meet and have dinner with 5 individuals, living or deceased, who would they be and why?

close relatives i've lost? technically just my dad. an aunt just recently, but was more a distant aunt, saw her on holidays only kind of thing. A friend in college and another a few years later who i'd both consider family, closer than my siblings.

I would want everyone wearing white, everything really pretty and really serene. With bye bye blackbird by Joe Cocker playing. Ideally it would be outside next to a Magnolia tree or a Weeping Willow.

My biggest fear about death is that people might not remember anything good about me.

About how many words do you say in one day?
