I was really attached to my teacher when I was seven. I was going through some stuff at home and she was keen enough to notice. She was really caring and even helped to get me into speech therapy. She let me be the class leader for our yoga / breathing exercises to calm my stress, and she got a lot of my artwork on display in local businesses. Unfortunately she had some type of medical issue where she left for several months on a surgical leave. I think it was a hysterectomy for some reason? I had a horrible time when she was gone. I felt like the world had shattered. On the last day of school I kissed her goodbye and everyone laughed at me.

Do you know how to play cricket?

We had it in Games class every summer, I was (dragged) onto a team briefly when I was twenty.
Turned out I’m an adequate slow-bowler, but strategically co-ordinating that with a whole group of people: nope, doesn’t happen.

I like some very discreet ones, used very lightly (my wife has some green tea scented thing I love) - I actually once got a promotion (partially) due to the scent I was wearing

How old is your favourite piece of clothing?

I still have the blouse I wore on my first day of my career, early 1990s. It's a long, black blouse with abstract impressionist pale grey and white poppy flowers. It looks nice with leggings.

I’ve got an eleven year old grey tweed frock-coat, and a six year old house robe. I wear them more than any other garments...
Do quite like my blue cords, five years old? Something like that.
I did have an Yves-Sant shirt, pale pink with French cuffs... but it fell apart
