I'm at my parents place right now. We're having Easter dinner tonight. In their eyes, I'm still female though I came out to my mum on Facebook three years ago in January. I brought a Teeny Beanie Baby with a German flag in its chest and her pea green friend who's also the same make of toy. I've been leaving the cloth Schultz at home since the beginning of January. I've also brought my favourite stuffed open mouth Om Nom that looks the most like a pea. The Commonwealth Toys one. Commonwealth makes very realistic looking toys.
I'm dreading company time and dinner. My brother in law calls me honey and deer. My sister seems to be more interested in everyone else. I feel like the German guard who walks into a prison camp from time to time. It's three years later and I still feel like this.
Have you seen the film The One That Got Away? it's a 1957 film starring Hardy Kruger, he plays a German pilot
during WW2 and is captured and put in a prison of war camp in the UK. He makes lots of attempts to escape and
causes so much havoc that they send him to Canada where he attempts to escape again. It's an enjoyable film
and unless you don't like old black and white films I think you might enjoy it. I always think of it when you talk
about visiting your family. I picture you like him surrounded, and planning your escape
