We were losing the battle of Culloden! :D

First favourite food you can remember?

That sounds fun. So much fun.

My brother would make bows and arrows from sticks in the forest he found...n catapults...

n they (brothers) wd have battles with historical themes (my brother was always obsessed with history n now its his degree).. but i didnt get it so I didnt participate..
Im guessing this is with siblings or cousins?

I bet u also did games with biking ?

Since bikes can serve as imaginary horses ...

and horses were used in battle...or sheriff chasing cowboy etc..

I like really sweet and fragrant mangoes from Rahim Yar Khan and nowhere else..

Dark, rich, moist fruit cake.
With extra cherries & ginger.

What drink would you select to accompany your favourite cake?

For cake? Fork! For most things I guess.

I use a spoon for muffins though.

I only eat cake with a fork if it’s got layers with jam/cream/icing in between.
Have to make sure that the last mouthful has the maximum icing to cake ratio

Do you eat food in deliberate patterns or strategies?

I always eat the yummiest part of the meal last. It's counterproductive because I might get full and not want it, but I like to end on a high note.

I also have a weird mentality because I won't buy ice cream if it's on sale or reduced price. Only full price. That way, I buy it less often.

Same!
A few times me eating has become a spectator sport due to fascination with how I plan it all out so all the mouthfuls balance each other, and yet my favourite bit is always the last mouthful.

Apparently there are loads of weirdos who don’t do this, and thus fail to maximise their culinary pleasure. The fools!

Do you have a favourite bowl/plate/mug?

I like my Bea Potter tea plates, and a certain stoneware mug.

Do you have / like crystal?
