I am probably the only to say this, but I don't like being the one who complains all the time. I wish that instead of complaining I was an optimist who always had something to contribute in a conversation.
I used to be the one who complained the most frequently. It took me a long time to recognize that others did not like me because of that. Over the years, I have learned to stop doing that. It is a process but can be done. The first step is to just bite your (editorially and figuratively) tongue when you find yourself starting to complain. Like the Nike slogan, only
Just Don't Do It. Another step is to never complain
unless you can offer a positive solution to whatever you are complaining about.
Another step is to start saying (at least to yourself) the things for which you are grateful. Even if you don't feel it. I know you are posting three positive things about yourself and it is good to see the positive things. Stating what you are grateful for goes one step further. There is a thread where you can post what you are grateful for.
Over time, the grooves in your brain move from the negative tracks to the positive ones. You (editorially) are more pleasant to be around (I am not implying here that you, personally, are not pleasant to be around) AND you feel happier and have a better life.
I could write more, but just that should occupy you for the next 24 years or so.
