As this erm... documentary... shows, even the best equipped medieval knights were no match for the bunnies of their time. In the famous historical event depicted in this re-enactment, we also see how much more cunning they used to be, by employing their endearing fluffiness to disguise their evil intentions...
...at least, I hope only "used to be"!

^^ It's an example of "marginalia" - bizarre things that the monks used to doodle in the margins of manuscripts when they got bored of doing all the manual copying of books that was needed back then. The irony of the meek rabbit having a go at cowardly humans was a common theme. There are more examples here: Killer Bunnies in Medieval Manuscripts.
