How do you guys come up with this stuff?

Do you have fixed meal times or do you eat when you want?

In theory fixed meal times: in practice breakfast and lunch are fixed, but dinner shifts about.
This is definitely the only reason I try to always have a cake on the go.

I eat whenever the heck I want. Usually some type of grazing / snack within about four hours of waking up, and one real meal with vegetables late in the evening.

I don't do traditional "breakfast" foods very often, and I've never really had "lunch" or a third meal since I was a child.

The last thing I cooked was an enchilada.

Oh, I only follow recipes precisely when I do something completely unfamiliar for the first time. Otherwise, it's either variations or making up stuff.

I use my grandmother's recipes, or else youtube videos (minus the sound).

Both get varied a lot because I like a lot of spice.

I had an OK day but I was assaulted emotionally by an enchilada, for no apparent reason.

Made it a lazy day so not too bad but brain doesn't work that well and I can't seem to concentrate on anything for long.
