This is what I ate. Well today basically.... (with lets say intervals) French baguette, olive-o-naise, rocket lettuce, slices of red onion, tomato slices, pickles cut smaller, smoked salmon a/o mackerel, lemon juice, freshly ground salt and pepper. Mmmm, lovely stuff. Image
(plus earl grey tea with extra dried thyme in it ~> extra iron intake)

I just ate an avocado. It wasn't quite ripe. I keep letting them go over. Tricky things. I love them so much when they are just right.
