Yes, it just looked like it was projected to head your way. I didn't expect it would be a hurricane by the time it got there, if it got there at all. I'm going to have to read up about the hurricane that hit Ireland in 1961. Amazing!

38C and sunny (of course) near the coast in LA, the desert will be 45C+ tomorrow - perfect conditions to test my new Jeep cooling system...

Once this afternoon, I heard some loud rumbling of thunder but it disappeard as quickly as it appeared. It's 81 F but feels like 86 F with 71 % humidity in Norfolk this evening.

The Weather Channel says that it's cloudy at the moment but the sun is shining. It's 78 F with 81% humidity.
