I don't have to note it down, with this storm and mild weather brewing its collecting negative thought patterns in my mind on top of all the other internal anxieties. I've woke up shaking from some dreams, you toss and turn all night, probably half as bad as being pregnant.
Half of women normally have their waters break after getting up out of bed, or is that a myth?
Alot of dreams are unsettled when your on your period because your temperature and hormones are.
There's no cure. Just rest to calm yourself out of a depressive mood.
Like I say, if you don't have it, you don't want it. My normal dreams aren't affected otherwise.
I'm still pretty much precognitive in dreams.

does this mean you can predict things that will happen in waking life, in your dreams?

can you please interpret why I dreamt I was picking lasagna leafs off of a lasagna mountain?

I'm sorry but I have no idea. What are lasagna leafs? See - even "leafs" instead of "leaves" could mean something. I can tell you that everything and everyone in the dream is you. But to interpret a mountain of lasagna - to me that would be heaven. Also no cooking for at least a year. But that's me. Also we had a criminal nicknamed Lasagna who tried to blow up a bridge. See? It's so personal.

What associations come up with lasagna for you?

But I'd say the weirdest dream was where I got married to some guy I didn't know. Because the idea of me getting married sort of flabbergasts me. My dream went in to detail who he was, what he did for a living, how we connected on dates, and when he chose to marry me. It was very detail oriented.

...Only for him to have revealed his secret identity was Rand from The Wheel of Time after the marriage. That killed it for me. Because I thought maybe my intuition was on to something regarding the right type of guy for me (I have no idea who my type is anyway).

So you dreamt the whole nine yards of courtship? Had a dating relationship with a guy. Fell in love and married him. And then he turned out to be the same person as a fictional character that you already dislike? I guess the dream is about anxiety about your instincts about the opposite sex I guess.

oops  I misspelt "leaves" but as whatshisname said, "it's a helluva poor mind that can't think of more than one way to spell a word!" I miss eating lasagna [on low-carb diet] and have not had any for years. lasagna is comfort food and all my life I've been trying and failing to find more comfort. it is like I was not meant to be comfortable in this lifetime. I had not heard about the crook named "lasagna" - learn something new every day, no? :) anyways, the rest of the dream [had it several years back] was I had to go to the bathroom urgently, and I tried and failed to weave my way around the bulky lasagna leaves and other lasagna leaf pickers to get to the base and walk to the bathroom, and then i was distracted by a white pickup truck that pulled up to the base of the lasagna mountain, and a guy in the back of the truck had a bullhorn and shouted "who up there can tell me how much power that thing can produce?" to which I responded "1.21 jigglewatts!" to which a coworker chimed in, "why not just EAT the damned thing?"

Damn I analyzed your dream at great length and it disappeared, which I suppose is in itself symbolic. I do want to say that I asked about lasagne leafs because there's a hockey team called Maple Leafs.

Did you know that jigglewatts is a burlesque show? You can google it - I did, that's how I lost the message.

1.21 jigglewatts - there's something in that number.

very odd - urgent trip to bathroom distracted by white truck. Nothing can distract from urgent trip to bathroom. Also, both are white - truck might substitute, symbolically?

bullhorn, jigglewatts - interesting together

the mountain is symbolic - I can't look things up for fear of erasing myself, sometimes a mountain is a breast, as in food.
comfort food. mother.

the leafs - not in dictionary, wikipedia, google. seek further meaning. the poverty of picking pieces of salad out lasagna? leaves are bulky - ?

everything in dream is you, including the guy with the bullhorn. since mountain gives 1.21 jigglewatts (fun?) why don't you eat it awreddy?

Maybe you could make a list of comforting non-fattening things and do one every day. And once a week do something astonishingly comforting.

What do you think?

thank you for that thoughtful reply :) the 1.21 jigglewatts=1.21 gigawatts of the flux capacitor time travel function in "back to the future" as far as I can tell. the jiggle part of it came due to the jiggling mountain of lasagna I was standing upon. the white truck is a generic thing, useful for hauling portapotties or for various speechifiers to blat their bullhorns about. I was not away of any gonadal thoughts in that dream, far from it. I suppose the lasagna mountain might be somehow symbolic of my life, a mountain of partially surmountable obstructions so far but such a PITA to get to the bottom of things at times. once a week I do indulge in a fried chicken breast :chef:

Cockroach
To see a cockroach in your dream symbolizes uncleanness. It also signifies longevity, tenacity and renewal. You need to reevaluate major aspects of your life. Alternatively, the dream represents an undesirable aspect of yourself in which you need to confront. A roach may also be a pun on smoking marijuana.

I dreamt my mother came down from heaven to visit me, and we went shopping together in some strange car. we were standing in line at the checkout counter behind some people who were buying [among other things] $MONEY!$ specifically old coins, they were shiny like new. the check out line was bifurcated with the cashier in the middle. a tall older fella in the other line took one of the quarters and demonstrated magic tricks with it, to everybody's amusement. then I found myself driving on the freeway with my visiting spectral mom in the passenger seat, we were headed to some other store in a familiar part of the town I grew up in, when suddenly a wayward concrete road divider appeared in my lane and made me slam on the breaks while other cars swerved to avoid it. at that point I awoke.

I dreamt I was on WP on the "post a GIF" thread, and I kept posting the same GIFs over and over, all night long. :o

I had a bona-fide nightmare in which it was nighttime in my tin can, I could not get the curtains to close on the windows, they would just fall off and I'd have to struggle to reattach them to the curtain rods, then I discovered my bedroom window was open, and i was sure there were nasty boogiemen hiding in the murk just chompin' at the bit to get inside and mess with me. just then, a nasty huge queen bee flew in, it was several times normal size and loudly buzzing, ominously piping and flitting about, it tried to zoom into my face but I blew it off several times until I awoke, panting and puffing and sweating. :o

had a strange kinda work dream in that it was not at work in the usual hospital but in some old house in the south somewhere with a large veranda upon which there was just a bare beige finished wood floor, and two operating room back tables upon which I was supposed to set up birthing tables for somebody in the house. inside the house was a shadowy woman dressed in charcoal gray from head to toe, glaring at me furtively. I was struggling to done sterile gown and gloves while wearing black wool mittens on my hands and having a miserable time at it, then I awoke.
