BUMP: so far I am hating 2025, and yet I cannot sleep until I am sure, nay absolutely CERTAIN beyond any possibility of doubt that 2024 will not rise from the grave to stalk this cowering Earth as a grim, bloody-handed revenant. Yes, I am a happy and well-adjusted person, thanks for asking.

Currently my sleep is all over the place so I'm drinking alcohol to knock myself out.

I drank earlier and knocked myself out but I'm wide awake now.

Bumperrooo......sometimes at night ,if I wake up , and my thoughts get the better of me, Can feel so depressed about the things , I have seen in my life. can get pretty desperate to be asleep . Use every mellow distraction ,I could think of ....Hope the rest of you rest well..& a Happy New YEAR to all

I got 8 hours sleep on Thursday night, for the first time in several months. And here I am again. It's not even really insomnia - I get into an anxious, twitchy state where my brain refuses to let me go to bed.

Last five nights..... maybe 3 hours if lucky if in the early morning.. hard to operate during the day like this. Since the last two weeks .Trying to process out all the past uglyness, that came upon this land .
