A sandwich with smoked liverwurst and aged provolone. It was a while ago, though, and I should probably eat something else.

Banquet - Salisbury Steak and Chicken Fingers. The steak was basically cardboard with sauce and the chicken fingers were like salted wooden sticks washed up on a beach.

Homemade egg drop soup with mushrooms. I wouldn't say it was an epic fail; it just could've been prettier. Note to self: no mushrooms next time.

Pumpkin soup. Not bad, but I think it could have been better. I was given a pumpkin from a friend's garden plus a brief list of things she used to make her own pumpkin soup. (No measurements). So I just went ahead and made the soup using my own best judgement. It doesn't taste bad... I just think it's could be a bit more flavorful. Anyway, not a bad first attempt.

Curry chicken and rice from a local restaurant. The rice was watery. The curry was bland and lacked other seasonings. And it was also watery.
