It's 5am, and I can't sleep :(. I awoke at 4am from a dream and began to have a panic attack and am still feeling on the verge of another :(.

The dream was of spending time with my former girlfriend (though she wasn't former in the dream). Everything seemed lighthearted and loving. She was teaching me Japanese and oddly, some of the words were correct though I'm sure others weren't :?. I remember feeling joyous and being content doing so, and she seemed to be quite happy.... and then we went into the kitchen to prepare something to eat. She said something that I took quite literally, but didn't understand because the literal meaning didn't make any sense. So I asked what she meant, and she became furious with me, claiming that I never cared to listen, and told me to get the hell out with a roaring voice, and pointed to the door.

The angered part of the dream was nothing like her, but the dream vaguely resembled the relationship in a cryptic way :?. But, after I walked out the door, I awoke, and fell into an immediate panic attack because of that and the immediate assault of happy memories and recognition that I'm no longer hers :(.

Feeling like a complete ret*d at work today. Very much like yesterday.

Having no spacial awareness, co-ordination or planning skills, doubting myself every 5 minutes and having to go over all the things I've already done and continually checking them which wastes time and makes the manager keep telling me to hurry up, getting overloaded with too much information (multiple verbal instructions etc) and feeling myself start slowly shutting off from everyone and ending up seeming very rude by answering only with grunts etc and ignoring them when they try to chat, being confused by simple orders because of detaching mind, constantly making stupid mistakes that I know I shouldn't be making by now.

Getting anxious because of all the above.

If you've ever watched I Am Sam with the bit where he's been promoted and is trying to make and serve the coffees - a bit like me today.

I had a lot of trouble sleeping last night and I've been up at least 7 hours and didn't even eat or drink yet. I think I was up at least 6 hours before I even realized that I didn't eat or drink yet. I also had plans to go out tomorrow and now I think I'll have to stay home.

I got a kitten. I'm happy I have it but I will be a nervous wreck until it gets big enough to not get into and get stuck anywhere (like behind/under/in the fridge, stove, or radiators). It was born outside from a feral mother so I really want to spend a lot of time with it to socialize it properly. I got it before it went feral and it likes sleeping on my lap so I let it except when I sleep at night. The other kittens were bigger and seemed scared but this one was the runt and hadn't learned to be scared yet. I have to wait all the way until Tuesday to bring him to the vet and he was crusty eyes that have a discharge.

I didn'y understand this thing we had to do in maths, and I'm usually very good at maths. I wanted my normal teacher to be there to hel explain it but she wasn't, and I was getting so stressed.

I feel sick now and my mother went out and left me home alone.

I also noticed a mark on my face that appeared as recently as today and it's making me anxious and making my hypochondria flare up.

Maybe I should avoid the Internet when I'm having my period, because relatively minor irritations make me want to go on a tirade.

Studying, only to end up finding more things I don't have a clue about.

Also some stoopid head in SL filed a DMCA against one of my fave skin creators and she got banned for a week and her products removed :(

I can sense the proverbial hitting the fan. I can say no more.
