I don't get up at all after closing the lights.
I move a lot in my sleep. I act out my dreams (parasomnia) and even stim in my sleep. When I share a bed with someone, I often have an involuntary trauma response and start beating them in my sleep. It relates to nightmares about captivity, but I won't take chances on this happening. For their own safety my partner and I would need to have separate bedrooms.
I'm going to sleep now. I estimate I'll be awake again in about 6 hours, maximum.
Do you sleep as long as you want, or wake with an alarm?
