when something big happens you should never ever go on the internet and read the comments on news sites or on facebook. stay away from them. i was just exposed to so much stupidity and racism it is not funny. it was of the "this is our backyard" "go back to where you came from" variety. so 2006.

It's kind of interesting that some parts of your neurology decide what you do, and you can't do anything about it. It's very determining. Complete absence of free will. Then again, if you challenge it enough, you are able to have free will and supress any biological tendency, at least what is neurological. But that may not be good at all. The mind vs. the body. And the mind can win, but what does that make you.. hm. Better to be monkeys in any case, maybe.

Why is dubstep so beloved?

Yes, I'm afraid of ordering things directly from China via e-bay due to whatever type of influenza is stewing up this year. Stupid OCD.

Sad thing, as they sell lots of nice traditional style recurve bows from their past (just like people make English Longbows here, they make theirs over there).

The same reason any other type of music is beloved. It stimulates one's auditory processing units, and can be linked with other sensory units to create feelings like nostalgia etc.

It's such a personal thing so it's unique to everyone, as many combinations of sensory memories are often involved.

Too many people are overly eager to dismiss and belittle other peoples' musical tastes just because they don't share those sensory memory combinations, and therefore do not understand. And to dismiss and belittle something you do not understand is freaking primitive and petty. (Not to say that this is necessarily what you are doing as you seem to be merely inquisitive and without hate, but many others do).

i have finally realized that life is like a merry-go-round because there are horses in both of them.

when i need to turn around at "no u-turn" signs, i am always careful to make three point turns instead.

if i want to go 80kph in a 60kph speed zone, i always turn my car around and proceed in reverse at -80 kmh instead. that way i am 140 kph under the speed limit.

2:51am, 2058 words written and i want to have a total of 3000 done by morning so i can go to arncliff or rockdale and poster for the next palestine rally which is on thursday in paramatta. the mostly arab/muslim crowd there is more likely to be sympathetic to the issue. poster runs are so much fun. also i need to do my shopping in the lebanese stores. kill 2 birds with one stone. or i could stop by the shops in paramatta after the rally but im more likely to be doing essay no.2 last minute.

Why are there no bike with reversing gear? I'd like to ride at -30km/h in the 30km/h speed zone.

It sucks when you realize that you are a sap, that you pick up the slack of other workers at your job and they deliberately slack off knowing that you will do it because you are nice.
