Time to get the old fruit bowl out again. That's the only way I can remember to eat my fruit.

I just got back from my other friend's place a half an hour ago. She hardly says anything. I have to do all the talking.

i was at coles at surrey hills today and 2 people started fighting each other. watching them was interesting- their stances, their stance's depth and methods of punching, the way they moved back and forth. they dodged more than they laid or blocked punches and when they did block it was with slaps- not the sort we did in karate, the sort children do. it was quite facinating but then a cop came and broke it up and i was disappointed. i do not know what the argument was about.

When I can't do my hair for s**t it's usually in the morning when it's the best time to do.
And when I get it the best it's ever looked it's usually 15 minutes before bed.

Stoopid hair.

today i was driving back from the next town down the hill, i saw a road worker (lollipop man) who was holding a sign toward the traffic that said "slow".

there were no other road workers in the vicinity. i looked in my rear view mirror to see the back of the sign, and it also said "slow". i had to slow down because i started laughing heftily.

they could have simply mounted that sign on a pole (even though it was an unnecessary sign due to the fact that there was no reason to slow down), but instead they employ a person to hold the sign all day long. it was absurd. the expression on his face was one of extreme boredom, and if that person was me, i would have just rammed the base of the sign into the dirt and then gone home, or at least sat down somewhere close by.

---------------------------------------
a related thing i saw today was in TV in a show called "how it's made". they showed the process of the automated production line in the manufacture of chips (potato crisps).
it was a sophisticated process, and everything was automated except for packing the finished bags of chips into bulk boxes.

the peeling of the potatoes was automated and the slicing was automated and the cooking was automated. it was so sophisticated that as the finished single chips were conveyed along a conveyer belt, cameras recorded a picture of every chip, and a computer decided whether each chip was satisfactory, and little air nozzles blew inadequate chips off the conveyer belt so that only "perfect" chips made it to the bagging process.

then the deposition of the correct weight of chips were automatically dropped into each bag at astonishing speed, and then the bag was filled with nitrogen automatically and then sealed automatically.

the process of bagging 72 individual packs of chips into a cardboard box however was done by hand. i was perplexed that one of the easiest tasks to automate was not automated.

i thought about it for a while, and the best reason i could imagine was that there may be laws that prohibit total automation of a factory to preserve jobs for humans. who knows ?

because i can not understand how it supposed to be musical in a melodic way. i am sorry i have not the amount of neurons to fully appreciate the music, yet i commented anyway.
it is my loss (i guess).

i compose simple music and i can not understand contemporary experimental music.
here is an example of a few lines of one of my compositions (complete with some ham fisted notes) , and it is very main stream and i guess not very contemporarily imaginative, and so i realized i was not in a position to critique your work from only my own point of view.
